2. Use of Service

Our services are intended for people over 18 years of age. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use the service responsibly and legally
• Respect other users and instructors

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• All activities carried out under your account

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Class bookings are subject to availability.

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties
• We reserve the right to cancel classes for operational reasons
• In the event of cancellation on our part, the corresponding credit will be refunded

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our platform.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Class packages have an expiration date
• Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled

6. User Conduct

During classes and on our premises:

• Arrive on time (entry may be denied after class has started)
• Respect the space and practice of others
• Inform the instructor about relevant medical conditions
• Keep your mobile phone on silent
• Follow the instructions of staff and instructors

7. Intellectual Property

All content of Aura Yoga Studio, including texts, images, logos, and class materials, is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aura Yoga Studio shall not be liable for:

• Injuries resulting from yoga practice (practice at your own risk)
• Loss of personal belongings on the premises
• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service

We recommend consulting a medical professional before starting any exercise program.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
